6. Withdrawal, Changes, and Returns
The applicable right of withdrawal allows EU consumers to withdraw from the contract within 14 days for digital products not yet accessed. For digital products such as online courses or ebooks, the right of withdrawal will not apply once the download or access to the digital content has started.
